What a claim does and doesn't mean

"Claims nationwide service" is a provider marketing statement; it does not mean a licensed prescriber is available in your state this week, that the dispensing pharmacy holds any registration your state requires for out-of-state shipment, or that wait times are uniform. Zero provider state-coverage claims in our dataset are independently verified. What you can verify yourself: a specific prescriber's license via your state medical board, and a named pharmacy via your board of pharmacy — both linked above once you pick a state, and both covered step-by-step in the verification guide. Compact membership (NLC for nurses, IMLC for physicians) affects how quickly out-of-state clinicians can be licensed — it does not itself authorize telehealth prescribing, a distinction our state pages keep explicit.
