How we work

Corrections policy

Prices, provider claims, and clinical facts change, and we make mistakes. This page explains how we fix them and how to tell us about one.

How to report an error

Email corrections@glpranked.com with the page URL, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and — if you have one — a source we can check it against. We read every report.

If you are a provider named on this site and believe a pricing, pharmacy, or clinical-model claim about you is inaccurate or has changed, use the same address; see also our right-to-respond process (linked from your provider page).

What happens after you report something

We re-check the claim against the cited source (or the provider's current published page) before changing anything. If the underlying source itself changed, we update the claim and its capture date; we do not silently edit a claim without updating its evidence record.

Corrections to a price or evidence status update the page's "data current as of" date. Corrections to a substantive claim (clinical model, pharmacy disclosure, legal status) are logged below with the date and a one-line description — we do not quietly rewrite history.

Correction log

No corrections have been logged yet for the current build. This is a new site; the log will grow as pages are published and checked against live sources.
