What GLP-1 care actually costs—and how much of it can be verified
We track 20 GLP-1 telehealth providers, 82 priced plans, 18 clinical studies, and access rules across 51 states and D.C. Every price and claim below carries a visible evidence status—most of what the industry calls "verified" is provider-reported or third-party data we have not yet independently reproduced, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
Price index by medication
The table below shows the lowest listed monthly-equivalent price we found among providers with a full review on this site, for each medication and formulation in our dataset. It excludes manufacturer direct-purchase programs we have not reviewed (for example LillyDirect, NovoCare) so every price links to a page you can check our full reasoning on.

What "cheapest" is allowed to mean here
A published monthly-equivalent figure is not the same as an all-in cost. It typically excludes intro-only pricing that reverts after a few months, membership fees, consultation fees, lab work, shipping, and dose-escalation surcharges that some providers charge as the dose increases. Our published ranking methodology caps a provider's score at 70 of 100 points when its dispensing pharmacy is not disclosed to us, and we do not declare a "best overall" when a maintenance-dose price cannot be determined — both of those disqualifications currently apply to most providers we cover, because pharmacy fulfillment disclosure is the exception rather than the rule in this industry.
Providers we review
We currently maintain full reviews for 20 GLP-1 telehealth providers, covering standard injectable, microdose, and sublingual/ODT programs where offered. Every review states the prescriber model, dispensing pharmacy disclosure (or its absence), state availability, and pricing by term — each fact tagged with its evidence status rather than presented as verified fact.
How we score providers
Our published rubric allocates 100 points across 7weighted categories, computed the same way for every provider from the priced data on file — scores are not for sale. One item is intentionally unresolved and disclosed rather than hidden: we have not yet confirmed whether any commercial, ownership, or commissioning relationship exists between this publication and NexLife, one of the providers we cover. That status is recorded as "unconfirmed," not "none," and this publication will not present itself as fully independent of NexLife until that is settled and disclosed. State access
Telehealth prescribing and pharmacy rules vary by state, but for most states we have not yet completed state-specific legal and pharmacy research beyond compact-membership status — 38 states participate in both the Nurse Licensure Compact and the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, which can support faster multi-state clinician licensure but does not by itself guarantee GLP-1 prescribing access. 2 states currently have provider-reported pricing or availability exceptions we could source. We summarize major GLP-1 and dual-agonist trials directly from their registry record and peer-reviewed publication — sponsor, design, population, results, adverse events, and limitations, with an explicit "what remains unknown" section on every study page.

Popular comparisons
We publish head-to-head pages only for provider pairs with real, comparable priced data for the same medication — currently 70 unique provider pairs across 137 medication-specific routes (the same two providers often have separate pages for semaglutide and tirzepatide). Most are still thin relative to our own 850-word floor and are marked noindex until we add enough distinct analysis to each; they remain reachable from provider pages as we complete that work.
Open data
Our underlying pricing, provider, state, and study manifests carry field definitions, source status, and last-checked dates for every record. Some of this data was inherited from an earlier internal project; we have not yet confirmed the rights needed to publish it externally for reuse, so we are not offering it for download until that is resolved. The open-data status page explains exactly what is withheld and why.

GLP Ranked aims to be an independent publication, with one open exception disclosed above: an unconfirmed relationship with NexLife that must be settled before we can make that claim without qualification.
