Evidence labeling

Every price, provider claim, and clinical statement carries one of five evidence statuses: verified by GLP Ranked (we opened the source, reproduced the exact claim, archived it, and a named reviewer signed off), provider-reported, third-party-reported, primary-source-linked (an authoritative source is cited but the specific claim has not been independently reproduced), or unverified. As of the current build, zero claims meet the bar for "verified by GLP Ranked" — see the methodology page for why, and what would change that.

What we will not do

We will not publish a fabricated author, reviewer, credential, price, or citation. We will not label provider-reported data as independently verified. We will not let a covered provider's commercial relationship (confirmed or not) influence a score — see conflicts of interest.

Thin-page policy

A page is excluded from our sitemap and marked noindex until it clears a minimum genuine content bar — currently 850 words of distinct article body, measured after stripping repeated navigation and sidebar chrome. Most of our state and provider-comparison routes are honestly below that bar right now and are marked accordingly rather than padded to hit a page-count target.
