Membership-fee impact calculator
Two providers can quote the same medication price and differ by hundreds of dollars a year, because one buries a membership fee outside the headline number. This tool separates medication spend from fee spend for two providers side by side.

Formula and assumptions
For each provider: all-in monthly = medication + membership, annual = 12 × all-in monthly, andfee share = membership ÷ all-in monthly. Assumptions: fees are flat and monthly (annualized or waived-first-month fees need converting before entry), and both providers' medication figures describe comparable products and doses — a compounded row and a branded row are not the same product at two prices, as our medication pages label explicitly.
How to read the result
The provider with the cheaper headline is not necessarily the cheaper provider — the comparison that matters is all-in against all-in. Fee share matters separately: a high fee share means more of your money buys platform access rather than medication, and fee-heavy pricing also tends to survive medication-price drops. Where a provider's membership fee is not publicly disclosed, our provider reviews say so — an undisclosed fee can't be entered here, which is itself the finding.
