About GLP Ranked

What this site is

GLP Ranked is an editorial publication about GLP-1 receptor agonist care in the United States: what semaglutide, tirzepatide, and related medications cost through telehealth providers, who actually prescribes and dispenses them, which claims have sources behind them, and what the clinical evidence does and does not show. The current build covers 20 providers, 18 clinical study summaries, and pricing data labeled row-by-row with its evidence status.

Our defining feature is the evidence label, not the ranking. Every price and material claim carries one of a fixed set of statuses — from primary source linked down to unverified — no source on file — and a capture date where one exists. Where we don't know something, the page says unknown or not publicly disclosed rather than guessing. See the evidence policy and ranking methodology.

What we are not

We are not a pharmacy, telehealth provider, medical practice, or manufacturer, and we do not sell, prescribe, or dispense anything. Nothing on this site is medical advice; see the medical disclaimer. We are also not a lead-generation funnel: pages exist to answer questions, not to route you to a checkout.

Funding and independence

Rankings and scores cannot be bought: our rubric caps and disqualification rules are published in the methodology, and no provider can score above 70/100 while its dispensing pharmacy is undisclosed, regardless of any commercial consideration. Current commercial relationships (including unresolved ones) are recorded in the conflicts of interest register and the commercial disclosure.

What is unresolved about this build

We publish our own open problems because a trust page that hides them isn't one. As of this build: (1) the publisher's relationship with the provider NexLife is recorded as unconfirmed — neither asserted nor denied — and must be resolved before this site can honestly call itself independent; (2) no claim on this site yet carries a "Verified by GLP Ranked" badge, because our verification standard requires an archived, checksummed source capture by a named reviewer and none exist yet; (3) articles carry a desk byline, not named individual authors — see authors; and (4) the reuse rights of parts of the underlying dataset are still being confirmed — see open data.
